WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. To cancel an order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number with your request to cancel. If the order is canceled prior to shipping, there will be no added cost. If the order has shipped, you would need to return the item in order for us to process your full refund.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns or item exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To return or exchange an item, send an email within 30 days of your purchase to email@example.com and include your order number in the request. If you are exchanging an item for a different one, be sure to let our team know which item you are exchanging as well as what Item you wish to receive. If it is a return, we will issue a full refund once the item(s) are received.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free in the USA on orders, and international shipping costs vary by country but the typical range is between $12 and $24. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 Business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your item ships. For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.
