Each order is made to order. Existing designs can be purchased directly from their product page—no need to contact us first. Here’s what to expect as your order moves from the studio to your door.

Production Time

Production time depends on the pieces in your order. Our current estimates are:

• Clothing: 2 to 3 business days
• Sneakers: made to order, 7 to 14 business days before shipping
• Home Decor: 2 to 3 business days
• Accessories: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping & Tracking

We’ll email your tracking details when your order ships. Shipping follows production, and estimated transit times depend on your location and the delivery option shown at checkout.

International Delivery

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout before payment. Any eligible free-shipping offer will appear there. Rates depend on the items and delivery address.
