Can I order custom sneakers directly?
Custom sneaker leads now go through consultation first. Studio availability, base shoe sourcing, art direction, and final price must be reviewed before a project is accepted.

When does free shipping apply?
Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $150. Checkout and the product/cart details are the source of truth for final shipping options shown for an order.
